Private Lesson Selection
If you are unsure that your dog is people and dog friendly, please review our behavioral class options, or contact us for help choosing the right option for your dog.
Online Registration
All registrations for group classes, private lessons, board and train, and telephone consultations are completed online. Secure payment can be made via credit card or directly from your checking account.
Client Information and Training Portal Access
During the registration process new clients will be asked to create a Username and Password which will give you online access to an extensive library of training information including your course curriculum via the Training Portal. All required client information and dog vaccination information will be collected prior to completing your registration. You will receive a copy of your registration information via e-mail.
Private obedience lessons are available in the convenience of your own home. Many people prefer private lessons for the following reasons:
- You select the day and time that works best for your family's schedule.
- Everyone in the family can participate in the training process.
- All dogs in the home are included in the training.
- Home specific issues can be addressed where they occur - chasing the cat, leaving the yard, jumping on doors, etc.
- The training lessons are specifically customized to your needs and goals.
- If your dog needs to work on behavior problems relating to other dogs, we bring a safe, reliable training dog to work with.

Six, one hour private lessons in your home focused on a complete basic obedience program. This program includes: Loose Leash Walking, Heel and Automatic Sit, Come/Recall, Sit/Stay, Down/Stay, Place, Focus, Release, Stand, Leave It, and Drop It. In addition to learning basic obedience cues, we will focus on eliminating common problem behaviors in the home, such as excessive barking, jumping on guests, and charging the door.

This class is for dogs who: bark or growl anxiously at people/dogs/cars/the vacuum cleaner/etc, run and hide from strangers, and cower/shake when encountering something new in their environment. You'll learn how to use counterconditioning and desensitizing techniques to treat a variety of fear-based behavioral problems.
The first lesson is 90 minutes long, and the remaining are 45 minutes each.

This training program is for those dogs who are just so happy when they greet people or other dogs that they cannot control themselves and jump, mouth, or otherwise carry on in a less than graceful manner.
